How do weight loss pills work? Is it safe to use them for weight loss?

They don’t. Most just boost up the levels of caffeine in your body so that your metabolism is higher. The same effect can be done by drinking a couple cups of coffee.

They are normally safe, but are not monitored well by the FDA and if you have any heart problems they can have serious effects.

Question by : What are some majors similar to a web design major?

I was planning in majoring in Theater Arts and Web Design. But I can’t find many colleges with both majors. What are some majors that are similar to Web Design or Web Development? Thanks!

Web design major has a few names. Some schools call it Multimedia or Media Art. Sometimes it is in an art department or a design department.

For example, if you go to UC San Diego you would want to go to the
Visual Arts Dept, Interdisciplinary Computing in the Arts (B.A.) program.
San Diego State University has the Art Department program in Multimedia.

I’m looking to loose some major weight, and I’ve always heard the + and – about weight loss supplements. Now, however, I’m at the point where I’ve decided the pros outweigh the cons and I’m ready to give it a try. So back to my original question, what are the best or most effective weight loss pills?

Well my mom, she’s 32, she had me when she was 15 and she always struggled with her weight but for 14 years, she has lost weight cause she has this diet .. It really works Though cause I lose three pounds a week when I increase, avoid sugary and junk food.. And drink a lot if water. .. Eat a good breakfast such as toast eggs juice and try to eat five times a day but in small porportions.. Don’t eat with your eyes.. Avoid going to the supermarket hungry because you’ll crave things and buy it and regurly try to do excercise .. Even if it mean taking a small walk around your block.. Eat fiber as well:)

I eat 3 meals a day but I eat A LOT of fruit instead of snacks. I pick at apples, bananas, grapes and other fruits all day long. Can this simply help me lose weight? What is fruit helps the weight loss process?

It sure can. Fruits completely healthy and safe. Some people might tell you not to eat so much fruit, and to eat more vegetables, but you’re just fine.

sociology is the study of how people interact
psychology is how people think
linguistics is how people talk

I want to lose about 50 pounds and I am worried about having saggy skin after losing the weight. I’ve already lost 10 pounds in two weeks. I want to lose about 40 more pounds. That said, how much weight loss would cause me to have sagging skin? Is there anything I can do to avoid having saggy skin after I lose this weight?
